Pelvic Embodiment
Hollistic Pelvic Health
Women’s health physiotherapist and holistic wellness practitioner, passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, feel empowered, and move with confidence.
Pelvic Embodiment blends evidence-based physiotherapy with body-centered, somatic, and trauma-informed practices, helping you tune into your body’s signals, notice where tension is held, and support healing through reconnection.
This work can help women experiencing pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, or tension and tightness in the hips, back, and core. By integrating clinical care with awareness and embodied experience, Pelvic Embodiment can help you move and breathe with ease, restore balance, and feel confident and supported in your body.
Happy & Well Kinesiology
Kinesiology, Mindfulness and Women's Circles
Kinesiology works with both the emotional body and the physical functioning of the body’s systems. By helping to reduce stress and restore balance, it supports the nervous system, hormonal health, digestion, immune function and the body’s natural healing processes.
When the body is more balanced, it can better absorb and utilise nutrients, making it a valuable complementary support alongside nutritional and naturopathic care.
Kinesiology can also help uncover emotional stress, habitual patterns and subconscious beliefs that may create resistance to change or impact healing outcomes. By clearing these underlying blocks, other therapies such as physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic care, counselling and psychology can often become more effective, supporting deeper integration and long-lasting change.
For the women I work with, kinesiology becomes a supportive bridge that helps different aspects of their healing journey come together.
Rather than replacing other therapies, kinesiology can work alongside them, helping to reduce reactivity, clear old patterns and support sustainable, whole-person healing.
